The topic of this year’s conference is “Reshaping industries, Redefining success”. The goal of our event is to demonstrate the impact of start-ups, SMEs and large corporates in mutually reshaping established industries. We want to show how they are redefining their success by contributing to society. We believe that by coming together, sharing insights, and exploring collaborative opportunities, we can navigate these times and pave the way for sustainable success.

Pitch Contest
The annual Pitch Contest is one of the highlights of the conference.
The Pitch Contest gives you the opportunity to present your business idea in front of a jury of top experts from venture capital and industry. You will receive valuable feedback on your business idea and as the winner you can expect 3,000 euros in cash and start-up training.

FAQ
_In which phase does my startup need to be?
With our Pitch Contest, we especially want to support people before the founding, during the founding or shortly after.
_How does the contest work?
You will give a 5–7-minute presentation about your idea, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A from our judges.
_In which language do I have to present?
As we have international guests, we prefer an English pitch. However, on request, a German presentation is also possible.
_Who will be sitting in the audience?
In addition to business angels, VCs and other investors, we are also expecting 150-200 interested guests.

About Accelerate
Along with HHL’s entrepreneurial spirit and the extraordinary expertise of HHL in that field, the student initiative Accelerate@HHL is dedicated to the topic of entrepreneurship and related issues such as funding, financing, leadership etc. The initiative is additionally pushed by HHL alumni and HHL’s extensive network within the entrepreneurship scene who foster and strengthen the HHL entrepreneurial spirit beyond the campus. In the context of the Accelerate initiative, a yearly conference is organized welcoming over 200 guests.
