HHL Executive Talk – LeAIdership: KI in Führung, Arbeit und Zusammenarbeit

As part of the HHL Executive Talks, excellent professors from the HHL network present the latest insights and current topics. This time Prof. Dr. Isabell Welpe, leading expert on strategy, innovation and leadership in the digital age, will be with us.

She is one of Germany’s most outstanding researcher and has experienced many years of research and teaching. In her presentations, she gives fresh perspectives and innovative approaches. Moreover, she makes her audience think about different points and convinces her audience with direct recommendations.

In her presentation “LeAIdership: KI in leadership, work und collaboration” professor Welpe focuses on the transformative role of artificial intelligence in modern work areas. She gives us the perspective how the AI technology shape leadership styles and strategies by supporting processes for decision-making and increasing efficiency. Furthermore, she explains how AI improves team work by diminishing communication barriers and ensuring a more inclusive work culture. The ethical aspects of using AI in management are also part in her talk, especially with regard to data protection and the autonomy of employees. Last but not least, future perspectives will be the main focus, including how AI can continue innovating the development of workplaces and support the leaders in future challenges.
