The certificate program aims to support and further professionalize the development of merger competence in companies.
Program participants will be prepared to successfully manage the complexity and dynamics in M&A integration projects and to realize merger potentials. At the end of the program, the participants will receive the certificate “Merger Integration Professional (HHL)”.

Dr. Christoph Rohloff, Managing Partner der frankfurter gruppe and Jun.-Prof. Dr. Maximilian Schreiter, Academic Director Executive Education at HHL will provide insights on the structure, content and methodology of the program.
