In the 6th Leipzig Leadership Talk, long-time McKinsey Germany and Europe boss Herbert Henzler and renowned author Tamara Dietl will discuss: What should we focus on now in the polycrisis? What can we rely on? What do we have to let go of? In her book “The strength lies within me: How we can use crises sensibly,” Tamara Dietl addresses the question of how we can master existentially threatening situations. What does it mean in concrete terms to really accept a crisis as a challenge?

In his book “Leadership? Leadership! Proven virtues rethought – from the wealth of experience of a top manager,” Herbert Henzler calls for the assumption of responsibility. How do we overcome the “misery of leadership”? How do we get out of our comfort zone?
