HHL is offering an exclusive Negotiation Boot Camp, that specifically designed for HHL alumni visiting the HHL Spirit Festival. If you like to refresh your negotiation skill set, the Negotiation Boot Camp will be the right choice for you. An interactive workshop with group discussions is waiting.

During this boot camp, you will have the opportunity to:

• participate in an interactive M&A negotiation simulation
• compare your negotiation performance with other participants.
• learn more strategies, tactics and instruments you can apply in M&A negotiations.
• find out more about the dynamics and the success factors of the M&A process, and how your deal structure may impact long-term incentives
• engage in dynamic discussions with fellow alumni.
