Welcome to the HHL Negotiation Boot Camp with Prof. Dr. Remigiusz Smolinski and Jun-Prof. Dr. Maximilian Schreiter
As part of the HHL Spirit Festival 2024 HHL is offering an exclusive Venture Capital Negotiation Workshop designed specifically for our alumni. If you like to refresh your negotiation skill set, find out how to structure venture capital negotiations and how to bring them to a successful conclusion, the workshop is the right choice for you!
The workshop will also provide plenty of insights for related negotiation settings in fund raising, investment processes and M&A. An interactive day with plenary and group discussions is awaiting all participants.
During this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- participate in interactive venture capital negotiation simulations
- compare your negotiation performance with other participants
- get to know, understand and discuss the impact of deal terms in venture capital negotiations
- learn more strategies and tactics you can apply in venture capital negotiations
- find out more about the dynamics and the success factors of a funding process, and how your deal structure may impact long-term incentives
- engage in dynamic discussions with fellow alumni
