As a manager, you often face challenging leadership tasks. Perhaps you sometimes wish to have a sparring partner who supports you in a professional, neutral and confidential way to identify suitable solutions to your questions on leadership issues. Our Executive Coaching Program will help you to reflect and develop in your leadership role and to work with you on important questions and topics related to your leadership tasks.

3-month coaching for junior and middle managers

Individual coaching sessions based on the type of coaching (6-month or 3-month)
Virtual coaching sessions, personal sessions are possible by prior arrangement

Program Structure

We offer you two types of individual coaching programs based on your role and your personal needs. With the support of our partner May & Co. both coaching solutions are tailored to your requirements and your managerial level.

6-Month Coaching Program

Based on your coaching request and your coaching needs you will select a suitable coach via chemistry meetings with preselected May & Co faculty. In 6 monthly coaching sessions your selected coach will work with you on your leadership issues. Psychometrical tests and stakeholder interviews can be optionally integrated in the coaching process.

Upon completion of the coaching program you will receive an HHL certificate.

Coaching steps within your 6-month coaching journey

3-Month Coaching Program

Based on your coaching request and your coaching needs May & Co’s faculty will select a suitable coach for you. In 3 monthly 90-minutes coaching sessions your selected coach will work with you on your coaching case. Psychometrical tests and stakeholder interviews can be optionally integrated in the coaching process.

Upon completion of the coaching program you will receive an HHL certificate.
